She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisca Gutierrez and Guadalupe Gutierrez; her sons, Rafael Garcia, Juan Garcia and Ismael Garcia; and her siblings, Juanita, Sara and Guadalupe.
She is survived by: her children, Udella Leon, Jose Garcia, Rosa Garcia (Alberto), Guadalupe Garcia (Jessica), Aurora Garcia, Elvira Garcia (Bush), Pedro Garcia, Roberto Garcia (Laura), Anita Garcia (Keith), Juanita Mershon (Tony) and Erica Coleman; and her siblings, Selestina, Flora and Amado. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
