It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carol Hoak (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on March 23, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hoak and Elevena Hoak; and her grandparents, Bessie Moulder, William Hoak of Toledo and Suzanna Hoak of Toledo.
She is survived by: her brothers, Duane (Laura) of Anderson and Thomas (Sandy) of Fairbanks; and her friend Margie Wood of Cortez. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
