It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara (Zak) Madrzykowski (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zak and Laura Zak; and her siblings, Ursula, Florence, Delphine, Edward and Richard Zak.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Madrzykowski (Tina), Jodi Gajdostik (Joe) and Jay Madrzykowski (Lesley); her grandchildren, Kelsey (Matt), Adam, Karli, Alexa, Rowan and Gabby; her great grandchild Jenna; and her siblings, Ron (Roni), Christine and Terry. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The Ronald McDonald House of NWO.
