It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadette Ann Carr (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on March 6, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her son Danny; her parents, John Menden and Helena Menden; and her brother Jerry Menden.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Diaz (Ben), David, John, Alison, Maria (Miguel) and Elizabeth; her grandsons, Benardo Diaz (Karie) and Patrick Schied; her great grandchild Logan Diaz; and her significant other MaryJane Skiba.

Donations may made be made to St. Catherine's Parish.
