She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McCourt and Kathleen McCourt; and her siblings, Edward, Lena and Rose.

She is survived by: her significant other Jim Meads; her children, Kate Horner (Chuck), Deborah D'Emilo, Jim Meads, Jr. (DeAnna) and Erin Darah (Paul); and her brother John McCourt (Jane).

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
