He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Miller and Ruth Miller (Snell); his brothers, John Miller and Jimmie Miller; his brother-in-law David Truelove; his parents-in-law, Benjamin and Lois Fetterly; and his sister-in-law Sandy Turk.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Miller (Fetterly); his children, Ryan Fetterly (Heather), Carrie Many (Jeff), Vicki Cantu (Keith) and Billie Miller; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Lianna, Ryan, Nicholas, Adan, Devin, Liam, Harmony and Anneliese; his great grandchildren, Adrina, Avery and Phoenix; and his siblings, Thomas Miller (J. K.), Ron Miller (Dianne), Ruth Sobiniak (Ken), Joe Miller (Pennie), Cindy Blaesing (Mike), Dan Miller (Beth), Joy Truelove, Debbie Penick (Ray), Tommy Miller, Tim Miller (Kassie) and Candy Jackson (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, lifelong friends and extended family.
