He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Carper and Carolyn Carper (Jordan); and his brother William Carper. He is survived by: his sisters, Deb Carper (Mike Antel), Donna Duren (Dave) of Rowlett and Linda Allman (Doug); his siblings' children, Mike Antel, Andrew, Matthew Allman and Alexandra Allman; and his friends, Dan and Erin Taylor.
Due the currents circumstances with COVID, services for Bruce will be private and for family only.
