It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Konieczka of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mielcarek and Stella Mielcarek (Rybarczyk); her husband Stanley; and her siblings, Daniel Mielcarek, Lucille Paszczykowski and Evelyn Operacz.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Furfure (Rick), Michael J. Konieczka, Michelle Kazmierczak (Keith), Madeline Odom and Matthew Konieczka (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Yvonne, Megan, Katie, David (Amy), Amanda (Jeremy), Angela (Luis), Nicholas, Hannah and Paul; her stepgrandchildren, John, Keith and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Reece, Connor, Fayth, Dylan, Gabriel, Elaina, Stella and Amelia; and her sister-in-law Joanne Bailey.
Memorial donations are suggested to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
