She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Yard and Virginia Yard (Smith); her son-in-law Rocky Lynn Lacey; her sister Donna; her brother-in-law John Sharp; and her grandson Jason Brian Gallagher.

She is survived by: her husband David Tanner; her daughter Virginia Elizabeth Lacey; her brother Dennis Yard (Karen); her granddaughter Amanda Gallagher; and her great grandchild Aiden Vincent Curme.
