She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Welsh and Dorothy Alice Welsh (Huber); and her brother Mike Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Nick Tam; her daughters, Jenny Lewis, Christy Pratt and Shelly Brooks; her siblings, Patrice Robie, Tom Welsh, Chuck Welsh and Bill Welsh; her sister-in-law Carol Welsh; her grandchildren, Marissa Overmeyer (Devin), Briana Brooks, Anthony Brooks, Haileana Thomas, Jenna Thomas, Kylie Sgro, Stevana Brooks, Joe Sgro, Aden Hammer, Gabe Rodriguez and Axton Hammer; and her great grandchildren, Mason Zeh, Kael Overmeyer, Kaiden Overmeyer, Olivia Zeh and Emma Jimenez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
