She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Kapp and Carolyn Kapp; her children, Kevin Swan, Matthew Swan and Sarah Charles; her granddaughter Olivia 'Gracie Charles; her siblings, Brenda Zacharias (Charles), Lisa Shaffer (David), Bobby Kapp (Diane), Gary Kapp (Karen Lynn) and Steven Kapp; and her husband William R. Charles.

Due to the current health crisis mask will be required along with social distancing.
