She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Carr and Joyce Carr-Liedel. She is survived by: her son Austin Berkebile; her sister Wendy Bloom (Jack); her nieces, Kelsey Bloom (Chad), Kaylee Grimm (John) and Heather Krolak (Mike); her great-nephew Elliot; and her pets, Libby and Spooky.

In lieu of flowers, donations suggested by the family to assist with Austin's College Fund.
