He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred George and Charlotte Mae Ashman (Bates); his wife Kathleen Ashman (Leggett); and his brother James Neal Ashman. He is survived by: his children, Candace Chegar (Robert) and Patrick Ashman (Tina); his grandchildren, Tabatha Ashman, Patrick Ashman II (Kendra), Amanda Chegar, Adam Ashman (Katie), Alyssa Swartz (Antonio), Michael Chegar and Jonathan Chegar; and his siblings, Kay Rader, Bonnie Stubleski and George "David" Ashman. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Social distancing and face masks will be required for visitation and services.
Memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
