He was predeceased by: his father Dallas Jack Howard. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Stephen; his mother Neoma Penny Howard; and his siblings, David "Gary" Howard of Temperance and Gayle Migliori (Frank) of Oregon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Mr. Howard can be made to the donor's choice.
