She was predeceased by: her father Delbert R. Samples. She is survived by: her mother Donna W. Samples (Jenne); her siblings, Ray Samples (Paula), Jeff Samples (Rebecca), Elder James Anderson, Laura Samples and Chassity Gulley; her siblings' children, Lucas, Bailey, Madison Samples, Rebecca McGill (Eric), Ethan Fitzgerald (Josie), Charlie Waller, Travis, Justin and Bradley Samples; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cayden, Liam, Remi, Justin, Blake, Braelynn, Addie, Jaxx, Martel, Martonya, Anthony, Jaiden and Zy'Aire; and her pet Cooper.

Memorials may be made to the Heritage Baptist Church (for summer youth camp).
