He is survived by: his parents, David Smith (Janni) and Jodi Davis (Richard); his siblings, Adam Smith (Cari), Jacob Smith (Alexis), Jonathan Smith (Christian) and Hannah Sullivan (Brandon); his siblings' children, Sebella Sullivan and Jeffrey Sullivan; and his pet Bentley.

Family will receive friends for limited visitation (masks must be worn, 40 in the funeral home at a time, guest please limit your time so that others may have a chance to pay their respects and social distancing will be observed inside facilities) at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Friday from 4 to 8 PM and Private.
