She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Duffey and Evelyn Duffey (Smith); her husband Donald Leach Sr.; her brothers, Roger and Ross Duffey; her sons, Donald "Donn" R. Leach Jr. and Daniel Leach Sr.; and her great grandchild Elizabeth "Bella" Rae Good.
She is survived by: her children, David P. Leach and Denise Frederick (Phil); her daughters-in-law, Anita Leach and Sue Leach; her grandchildren, Daniel Leach Jr., Sarah Good (Richard), Lindsey Simpkins (Gary), Kimi Neyhart, Connie McClain (Andy), Amanda Frederick, Candice Hall (Ray), Aaron Frederick and Chris Milligan; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Gavin, Raylynn, Maddox, Mackenzie, Nikki, Everett, Cain, Kai and Wyatt; and also Toledo.
