She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Heywood and Madeleine Heywood (Bartelt); and her brothers, Thomas and Frederick Heywood. She is survived by: her husband Lance A. Talmage M. D.; her children, Tamara Talmage, Dr. Lance Talmage, Jr. (Monica) and Tenley Granito (Paul); and her grandchildren, Dr. Lance Talmage, III (Ellen), Alexis Talmage (Austin Ertl), Paul Thomas, Madeleine, Margaret Rose, Henry, Cecilia and Nora Granito. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (2201 Secor Rd, Toledo, OH 43606).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Owens Community College Foundation, The Historic Woodlawn Cemetery Foundation, or the Northwest Ohio Kidney Foundation, in honor of the causes Dee held close to her heart.
