He is survived by: his mother Catherine Shake (Gable); his siblings, Dan and Cathy Steele; his children, Kristine Bean (Toby), Jessica Carmona (Rick), Joshua Shake (Rebecca), Nichole Shake, Laura Shake and Jennifer Chitwood; and his grandchildren, Chase of Bryce, TK, Victoria, Ricky, Joshua Jr. and Alexander.
