He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Farnsworth and Kathryn Farnsworth (Walter); his grandchildren, Hanneen, Kassim (Bridgette), Rico (Katie), Mikey (Madison), Keenan, Emilee, Adam, Brianna, Seth and Layla; his wife Diane Farnsworth (Way); his brother Rodney Farnsworth; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Booth (Yvonne) and Deborah Simpson (Farnsworth).
He is survived by: his children, Tamara L. Woods (Ron, Sr.), Tracy L. Amami (Yassine), Donald R. Farnsworth, Jr. (Nicole Gulau) and Tanya A. Farnsworth (Fritz); his stepgrandchildren, Ronnie, Austin and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Jay, Jayce, Aliyah, Owen and Aiyana; his stepgreat-grandsons, Royce and Kyle; and his sisters-in-law, Emma Farnsworth and Kimberly Packo-Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lucas County Humane Society.
