It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wesley Spencer (Toledo, Ohio), born in Tacoma, Washington, who passed away on October 17, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen F. "Cathy" Spencer. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Spencer (Jenny) and Daryl Spencer (Tracy); his daughter-in-law Carrie Eischen (Michael); his grandchildren, Amanda, Justin, Allison, Halley, Devin and Karlie; his sister Sue Early (Bob); and his sibling's children, Michael Soden (Addy), Stacy Soden and Kathy Cates (Dan).
