She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willingham and Grace Willingham (Norman); her husband John J. Hornack Jr.; her grandson Eric Burling; and her brothers, Wayne and Norman Willingham.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Morel (Richard), Tracy Todak (John) and Darrell Huntley; and her grandchildren, Susan, Ashley, Brandy, John Gregory and Ryan. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
