He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo Betty Hickerson (Nearhood); his daughter Mary J. Meyers (Richard); his grandsons, Bradly Eisenmann (Chelsea Guadarrama) and Joshua Eisenmann (Morgan Thayer); his half-brother Lawrence Burns (Dottie) of Florida; his sister-in-law Carolyn Hickerson of Tennessee; and his brother Doug Hickerson (Barb).
