He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Parr and Mary Parr (Fredrick). He is survived by: his sons, Gary Parr, Joe Parr and Steve Parr; and his stepdaughter Lenora "Peggy" Koder. He is also survived by five grandchildren and a few great-grandchildren.
