It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth J. Welch of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Emil Carstensen and Ramona Carstensen; her husband Carl J. Welch Jr.; her sisters, Pat Bercher and Margaret Anne "Aunt Mary" of Toledo; and her children, Carla Bradshaw of Cincinnati, Dee Stofko (Ed) of Dallas, Terry Wilson (Gerry) of Toledo, Carl E. Welch of Toledo, Joe Welch (Mary) of Sarasota, FL and Andra Murrell (Charlie) of Toledo. She was also cherished by six children, 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
