He was predeceased by: his daughter Renee Both. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Jay Hoffman; and his stepdaughters, Kay Kochczynski (Ken), Kathy Campbell and Brenda Watkins (Bill). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild.
