Evelyn S. Kujawa Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn S. Kujawa (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on May 8, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Smiszek and Michalina "Minnie" Smiszek (Dworecka); her former husband Edward Kujawa Sr.; her siblings, Casimer Smiszek, Regina Kujawa, Stella Welch, Jenny Ogrodowski and Irene Kujawa; and her grandson Stephen Kujawa.
She is survived by: her brother Harry Smiszek; her children, Ruth Rochelle (Larry Rochelle) and Edward Kujawa Jr. (Susan Carter); and her grandchildren, Nick Rochelle, Doug Rochelle, David Rochelle, Heather Elliott-Rochelle, Chris Kujawa and Kerry Bryant. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews.
Due to COVID-19 a celebration of life will take place at a later time when family and friends can gather properly to celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers donations in Evelyn's memory could be made to the Franciscan Care Center Sylvania or the charity of their choice in her name.
