He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramiro Quintanilla and Estefania Quintanilla; his siblings, Rufugio, Manuel and Rosalinda; and his siblings' children, Ray, Angie and Rosa.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Quintanilla; his children, Gabriel Jr., Andrie Randall (Mark), Alicia Hernandez (Daniel) and Jessica Quintanilla; his siblings, Antonio (Mary), Ramon (Angie), Juan (Berta), Carlos, Frances Hinojosa (Raul), Estella Quintanilla and Maria Duran; and his sister-in-law Diane Quintanilla. He is also survived by his 8 grandsons and 6 granddaughters.
