He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kaczala and Rose Kaczala (Augustyniak); and his brothers, James (Alice) and Larry. He is survived by: his daughter Kas Marie Miller; his grandchildren, Che, Jasmine, Kyla and Zayla; and his sister Sharon Fickel.
