He was predeceased by: his father Leonard A. Noel; his wife Denise; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his mother Nancy A. Noel (Droulard); his sons, Gary Noel (Adrienne), Robert Noel and Anthony Noel; his stepchildren, Michael, Jennifer and Kyle Schnatterly; his siblings, Diane Wisnewski (Mark), Leonard Noel (Mishelle) and Lisa Allen (Ron); his close friend Mike Parker; and his pets, Coco and Lougie.
