She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo Dunning (Robert); her grandchildren, Andrea Forche (Jeremie) and Benjamin Dunning (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Taylor, Riley and Trenton.

Memorial contributions may be made to Operation Smile or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
