She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dressel and Mary Dressel (Wideman); her brothers, Leo Dresssel and William "Willie" Dressel; and her daughter Judith Kurek (Berbec).

She is survived by: her husband Edward Berbec; her sons, Edward "Butch" Berbec and James Berbec; and her grandchildren, Ed (Karissa), Nick (Melissa), Matt Kurek (Tracy), Susan Speiker (Jon) and Theresa Slater (Jeff). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and so many wonderful nieces and nephews.
