With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Ford (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on February 5, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Ford and Carrie Maude Ford (Bruce); his wife Odessa; and his siblings, Dorothy Wade, Roosevelt, Carl, Alvin and William.

He is survived by: his cousin Louise; his children, Alison Day Sr. (Michael) and Jefferey Herbert; his brothers, Charles (Fredel), Sam (Gerain), Henry (Barbara) and Roy (Gilda); his half-sister Delores Thornton; and his grandsons, Michael Day II (Lindsey), Brian Day, Sr. (Kimberly) and Aaron. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
