He is survived by: his children, William Sommers (Cheryl), Linda Smith (Al), Karen McPherson (Scott) and Sherry Doepker (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Bethany Zielinski, Amy Barnes (Rich), Andrew Sommers (Megan), Christopher Sommers (Kim), Kelley Smith, Andrea Mefferd (Steve), Taylor McPherson, Brooke McPherson, Alexis Christie (Jason), Steven Wingate and Erica Wingate. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
