He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. White and Nelda White (Carey); his wife Dana Diemer White; and his brother Stephen (late Dana). He is survived by: his brothers, James F. White, Jr. of Toledo, OH and Timothy L. White of Dayton, OH; his sister-in-law Nancy White of Phoenix, AZ; his children, Stephanie White of Dundee, MI and H. David White, Jr. (Hilary) of Holland, OH; his granddaughters, Audrey White and Cecily White of Chicago, IL.; and his nephews, James F. White, III (Kerri) of Columbus, OH and Timothy L. White, Jr. of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by The three brothers remained best friends and entrepreneurial business partners.
