She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Zerby and Viola Zerby (Lincoln); her husband Virgil Warn; her daughter Gloria Bliss; and her sisters, Betty Bradley and Shirley Parker.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Lutman, Joy Slusher (Roy), Janet Taylor (Jim), Richard Schmidt (Sharon), Rodney Schmidt and Raymond Schmidt (Becky). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ladies VFW Auxiliary in Jacqueline's memory.
