She was predeceased by: her parents, George Estep and Nancy Estep; and her husband Jerry D. Stephens, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Boyer (Jeremy), Eric Estep, Cathern Stephens, Michelle Stephens, Lynn Stephens and Jerry Stephens, Jr.; her siblings, Debbie Gingrich, Elnora Koos (Richard), Georgia Ritson, George Estep (Kathy), Harold Estep (Joyce), Billy Estep (Holly) and Carol Poker (Tim); and her sisters-in-law, Terry and Lisa Stephens. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank the Toledo Hospital Covid ICU for all their care and support.
