He is survived by: his parents, James Michael Meagher, Sr. and Rosemary Meagher (Varwig); his son Mercer Meagher; his sisters, Christine Meagher and Frances O'Connor (TJ); his siblings' children, Craig Meagher (Sarah), Alexis Smith, Andrew Meagher, Jr., Nickalos Meagher, Lacey Burlew and Douglas Burlew; and his great-niece Rain Meagher.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
