He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Vance and Evelyn Vance (Bean); and his son Michael Vance. He is survived by: his wife Diana Skoda Prato Vance; his grandson Zach Andrews; his stepdaughter Kristy Prato; and his sister Mary Jane Vance.
