She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Fortney of Toledo and Dayna Kirk (Aaron) of Montpelier; her grandchildren, Max, Lyla Kirk and Allisen Cooper; and her brother Lonnie Fortney.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Thompson Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
