It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Robert Zielinski of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Pietkowski, Richard, Cherie Ruckman, Stan and Marge Zielinski.

He is survived by: his parents, Robin Kos (Michael) and Michael Zielinski (Denise); his sisters, Wendy Fels (Chris) and Sara Walters (Dan); and his siblings' children, Jessica, Luke, Aiden, Alaina, Brooklyn and Gracie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Midwest Detox and Recovery, Maumee in Jay's memory.
