He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Prowant; and his grandmother Juanita Prowant. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Prowant; his stepmother Becky Prowant; his children, Jacob Harris (Katie) and Chelsey Miller (JJ); his siblings, Michelle Prowant (Wayne), Amy Kretzmar (Tom), Jamey Prowant and Jeremy Prowant (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Mckenzie, Mckennzie, Colton, Adilynn, Maizie and Olivia.
The service will be held at 3:00p. m. with a restriction (due to Covid19) of immediate family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
