He is survived by: his wife Susan M.; his children, Deborah, Judith (Don), Susan and John (Patti); his grandchildren, Gary (Samantha), Darla (Greg), Emily, Alexis (David) and John; his great grandchildren, Riley, Jacob, Jack and Charlotte; his close friend Gary; and his brother Daniel.

Memorial contributions may be given to Susan Mitchell.
