He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John W. Sr. Miller and Edna Mae Miller; his wife Louise Bachman (Sedita); his children, Kaye Bachman Stargel, Pamela Bachman Albain, Kimberly Bachman and John; and his daughter-in-law Carrie. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Ohio Home Health Hospice or The Old Newsboys Goodfellow Association.
