It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John K. Helminski (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on July 21, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Helminski and Marilyn Helminski (Washburn); his sister Sandra Phillips; and his nephews, Patrick Critch and Thomas Przybysz.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn Helminski (Betty), Pam Critch (Lenny Szychowski), Marcia Przybysz (Dale), Sharon Goetz (Rick), Karen Aldrich (Alan), Shih Tzu and Lacey.
