He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kornacki and Hedwig Kornacki (Gorski); and his siblings, Stanley Jr. and Catherine Filiere. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Kubiak); his children, Thomas (Tara Hubbard), Timothy (Linda), Amanda of Toledo, OH and Mary Whitescarver (John); and his granddaughter Sarah Donatelli (John) of Indianapolis, IN..
