He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lisk and Ruth Cowden Lisk. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Patrick (Sara) and Andrew (Julia); his grandchildren, Owen, Ryan, Rowan and Griffin; and his siblings, Virginia Papenfuss, Leo, Joe, Fred and Robert.
