He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bailey; his children, Kendra Eckhart (Billy) and Phillip Bailey; his sister June; his father-in-law Earl Armbrust (Michaline); his grandchildren, Tracey Baughman (Andrew), Austin Brewer, Faith Bailey, Jasmine and Jacob Eckhart; and his great grandchildren, Kristiana and Isiah Baughman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
