With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Jacob (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on August 15, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob and Emma Jacob; and his sisters, Betty and Mildred. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, John B. Jacob (Amy) and Victoria A. Jacob; and his stepchildren, Scot A. Fulton (Darlene) and Dawn M. Laddusaw (Blake). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
His battle with Parkinson's and dementia has ended.
