He was predeceased by: his father Robert Freeze. He is survived by: his mother Viola Freeze; his children, Robert Freeze (Chasady), Caleb Freeze, Sarah Gilbert and Jacob Freeze; and his grandchildren, Mason, Bryson Freeze, Steven and Scott Gilbert. He is also survived by his mother; and extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
